*- payment for equipment access shall be charged on the basis of written user’s application on providing access to its equipment, installed in engineering and utility services room of the branch office. At that service user shall appoint its representative, who will have access to such room pursuant to the established order. Equipment access shall be from 10.00 a.m to 5.00 p.m. in workdays accompanied by branch office specialist. Branch office is responsible only for installed equipment integrity, but is not responsible for equipment failure.

**and***- Service "server unhook from traffic to external resources" and "Reverse server hookup to traffic to external resources" shall be provided on the base of client's written application. Traffic for Internet network resources except IP address space of the company is considered as traffic to external resources
